Let’s Tea Together

Today I want to share with you one of my favourite items from the 2019 Occasions catalogue. This beautiful, elegant stamp set was a must have for me the minute I saw it. Tea Time reminds me both of spending time now with my friends chatting over a cup of tea (or coffee as the case may be) and also of those early childhood days of hosting tea parties. I simply adore this stamp set …

Tea Together cling stamp set (#148779)

As soon as it was delivered to my doorstep I couldn’t wait to start creating! First I started with a Mother’s Day card, the greetings in this set are perfect for that!

So pretty! The subtle colour combination of Blushing Bride and Mint Macaron pair perfectly with the elegance of the tea pot and the roses. To get the beautiful embossed background I used the Lace Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder that can be found on Page 11 of the Occasions Catalogue (OC). Notice how perfectly the images are cut out? That’s because I used the Tea Time Framelits Dies that I got for FREE for spending $120 during the Sale-a-Bration promotion!

Tea Time Framelits Dies (#149697)

With these you can cut out perfect images in just seconds! They even thought to give us duplicate dies for some of the commonly repeated images like the leaves and the rose buds. 🙂

Next I decided to use one of the sentiments from the Strong & Beautiful stamp set to create a lovely thank you card.

I paired the images on this card with products from the Tea Room suite found on Page 15 of the Annual Catalogue (AC). These products are a match made in heaven. Together they make creating and coordinating super simple.

I also decided that these images would make a fun scrapbook layout.

Scrapboook Club layout for January 2019

I love the way that this double layout turned out, I can’t wait to add some photos. The Designer Series Paper (DSP) that I used is the Botanical Butterfly DSP that you can get for FREE with a $60 order during the Sale-a-Bration promotion. The smaller butterflies are punched directly out of this paper using the new Butterfly Duet punch that can be found in the OC on Page 35. The larger butterfly was fussy cut from a separate page in this same paper pack.

So what do you think … have you fallen in love with these products too? If you have then you should also take a look at the Project Bundle on page 17 of the Sale-a-Bration brochure.

Tea Together Cards Bundle (#151046)

This bundle contains all of the products that you will need to make the featured projects in the photo above. When you purchase the bundle you qualify to get the Tea Time Framelits Dies for FREE during the Sale-a-Bration promotion.

I hope that you agree that the Tea Together stamp set is TEA-riffic!! Thanks for stopping by 🙂

Signs of Santa

I know it’s just October but I am busy crafting for the upcoming Christmas craft fairs. I have completely fallen in love with the Signs of Santa Suite. It is just so stinkin’ cute and fun to create with!

I also love that the framelits coordinate with the Santa’s Workshop Designer Series Paper

So not only can you stamp these adorable characters but you can also cut them out of the DSP and they are all ready to go! Easy Peasy 😉

My latest creation with this amazing set is this perfect little tea bag holder.

How sweet is that little image?? LOVE IT!

The flap on the box lifts up and inside are 4 little envelopes that are just the right size for a tea bag each.

I made the envelopes using the Envelope Punch Board

This is an incredible tool … if you don’t already have one you will definitely want to add it to your wish list!

I am very pleased with the way this tea box turned out and my mind is already spinning with the other possibilities using this new holiday Suite.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a fabulous weekend!

Also, don’t forget I have an order going in this weekend (Sunday). Let me know if there’s anything that you would like to add.

Cheers,

~ Dee

Signs of Santa Already

Today I have some super fun projects to share with you … and before you think that it is way too early for Santa let me remind you that there are only 15 more Mondays before Christmas 🙂

I finally sat down to play with my Signs of Santa bundle from the Holiday catalogue and it is so stinkin’ cute!

This bundle can be found on page 19 of the Holiday catalogue … isn’t it adorable?

It pairs so perfectly with the Santa’s Workshop Specialty Designer Series Paper that the framelits even cut out the cute little characters from the paper pack!

Not only do I love the whimsical little characters and patterns but the colour combo is so bold and festive.

Over the weekend I set some time aside for creating for the upcoming Christmas Fairs that I have scheduled.  One of my favourite items to make are box sets of Christmas cards made on note cards.  They are super fun and come together so nicely, especially when the card bases are already done up for you.  I had some retired crumb cake ones in my stash so I set out to use them.

I am quite thrilled with how these came out and I hope that they will inspire you to take another look at this fabulous suite.

Thanks for popping by today … Happy Monday!!

~ Dee
