Simply Zinnia Colour Challenge • Birdsnest Designs

Welcome to Make It Monday it’s time for this week’s creative challenge post. I have used this week’s colour challenge of Melon Mambo, Gorgeous Grape and Lemon Lime Twist to create a beautiful card with Stampin’ Up! Simply Zinnia bundle. The inspiration for my card today came from a beautiful swap card that I received from Bonnie Sanche. I love how she displayed three different patterns of the Hello Irresistible Designer Series Paper for the background for her card. I used this same technique to show off the fabulous Flowering Zinnias paper today.

During today’s video I introduced the week’s creative challenge and followed along with the colour combination to create this Simply Zinnia thank you card. I’d love to have you play along too! Melon Mambo cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2
Gorgeous Grape cardstock 4 x 5-1/4
Basic White cardstock 4 x 5-1/4, 7/8 x 3-3/4, scrap for stamping flower and leaves
Flowering Zinnias Designer Series Paper 1-7/8 x 3-1/2 (small flowers), 1-3/4 x 3-1/2 (purple) and 1-1/2 x 3-3/4 (pink)
