Frames & Flowers Z-Fold Card

For today’s Make It Monday live video I used the Frames & Flowers Specialty Designer Series Paper for a create on-the-fly demonstration. With no preplanned project for the live video its always a surprise as to what the finished project will look like. I am thrilled with the way today’s card turned out and all thanks to the ease of the Frames & Flowers Designer Series Paper. I love how Stampin’ Up! has done the work for us with these gorgeous pre-cut images. They easily pop right out of the paper and there is such an incredible selection of images to choose from. Of course the coordinate perfectly with the paper sheets that are also in the collection so designing is fun & enjoyable.

The soft colours are perfect too! On today’s card I used Petal Pink and Lost Lagoon with a touch of Pretty Peacock. Together they make such a fresh combination.

An easy way to show off this pretty Designer Series Paper was to create a quick Z-Fold card. The patterns on the two flaps are from opposite sides of the same piece of Frames & Flowers DSP.

Here are the cardstock and Designer Series Paper measurements you’ll want to recreate this card.

• Petal Pink card base: 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 scored at 2-1/8 and 4-1/4
• Lost Lagoon cardstock: (2) 1-7/8 x 5-1/4 and (1) 4 x 5-1/4
• Basic White cardstock: 3/4 x 2-1/2 and 3-3/4 x 5
• Frames & Flowers Specialty Designer Series Paper: (2) 1-5/8 x 5 and cut outs of choice
