Welcome to the first installment of my Mini Catalogue 20 Sketches 20 Days series! I’m so excited to dive into this creative journey with you, starting with a card featuring the beautiful Peaceful Season bundle from Stampin’ Up!
Sketches are such a fantastic way to ignite our creativity. They provide a great starting point, allowing for endless possibilities and personal touches. Today’s inspiration comes from the very first sketch on page 16 of the 2024 Mini Catalogue.
Today’s card showcases the delightful Peaceful Season bundle, beautifully complemented by the Tags For The Season Mix & Match Ephemera Pack. I’ve added a touch of elegance with some shimmering Gold Foil paper, along with a dash of Cherry Cobbler & Gold Satin ribbon, creating a warm and festive feel. These little details compliment the gold accents found in the Regal Distressed Patterns paper that is peeking out behind the tag.
My favorite part of the Peaceful Season bundle is the large Christmas die. I love the beautiful font and how simply adding the shadowed layer behind adds depth and allows the word to really pop! I also think that the sentiments in the stamp set are perfect for the season to add a heartfelt touch to a handmade card.
