In this tutorial, I’m showing how to make a Diagonal Twist Easel Card in three completely different ways, using a mix of current and retired Stampin’ Up! supplies. We’ll create a cheerful thank you card with the Painterly Pears suite, a spooky Halloween card using the Spooky Sweet DSP, and a simple thinking-of-you card featuring the Prairie Grass stamp set.

The Painterly Pears Suite bursts with freshness and cheer! The beautiful DSP provides a gorgeous backdrop for the sweet pear imagery and pops of Darling Duckling and Petal Pink.

Talk about playful Halloween vibes! With bright pops of green and purple and candy-corn accents, it’s spooky but sweet. I used the current Spooky Sweet Designer Series Paper with the Playful Ghosts stamp set for this project — now retired but still so much fun to play with.

This peaceful card design shows just how versatile this fun fold can be. I paired soft nature tones with the serene imagery from the Prairie Grass stamp set to create a calming, supportive card that’s perfect for a friend in need. The ribbon detail and simple sentiment make it warm and heartfelt without being fussy.
