Happy Wednesday Friends!

Today I want to share a Happy Mail card I created using the Badger Besties stamp set with you. These adorable little badgers on a handmade card are sure to brighten anyone’s day!

I bet that these little guys have you smiling already!!

My favourite kind of cards to make (and send) are “just because” cards. You know the ones that no one is expecting, that show up in their mailbox just to say “I thought of you today”. To me that is what card making is all about … making the people in our lives feel special and letting them know, through a hand-stamped card, that they are important to us. This fills my heart with joy and is one of the reasons that I LOVE what I do!!

I was so happy to use all three of the little Badgers in this card design. This is a sketch that I have used quite often in the past but haven’t in awhile, so I dusted it off and designed today’s card. The Designer Series Paper in the background is from the Hostess Exclusive Pattern Party paper collection. I made the pretty little flower embellishments with the Strawberry Builder punch and Playing With Patterns Resin Dots. These were an easy way to tie in the flowers in the DSP.
