Hello and welcome! Happy Monday and happy second day of Spring?. It was a beautiful weekend here in the West Kootenays and a great way to welcome the new season! Today I am sharing with you a beautiful wedding card that I have created using the Symbols of Fortune Suite Collection.

Back in November I was honoured to be asked to showcase this gorgeous new Symbols of Fortune suite for Stampin’ Up!’® virtual Onstage At Home event. An event for Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators around the globe. Introducing this suite was wonderful as it is one that I would normally not be drawn to … but quickly fell in love with!!
Today’s card uses the colours Soft Succulent, Evening Evergreen and Crumb Cake. I stamped the chrysanthemum and dragonflies on to the card base with Soft Succulent ink to create that nice tone on tone background. The distinktive stamps are so pretty so I wanted to show them off in the inside of the card as well. Stamping the inside of the card and the envelope really adds the perfect finishing touch to your hand stamped cards!

To create the tag that is the feature of this card, I used the Tailor Made Tags Dies from the Annual Catalogue. I cut the pretty accent dies from the Mother of Pearl Specialty Paper that is included in the Symbols of Fortune suite. This paper is so pretty … these pictures do not do it the justice it deserves. Add some to your next order to see just how stunning it is!!
The crane is stamped with Crumb Cake ink and then die cut with the coordinating die. This image and the greeting are attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals and ribbon and linen thread added to finish the design. I am thrilled with the way this card turned out and I think it will make a very nice Wedding card.

Thank you so much for popping in today. I hope that today’s project has started off your week with a little creative inspiration.
Happy Stamping!
