Happy Monday! Let’s kick off this week with a beautiful card CASE’d from the Jul – Dec Mini Catalogue using my new featured product of the week … the Perched In A Tree Bundle.
The card that I have case’d can be found on page 46 and is the card that made me fall in love with this bundle. I love its simple elegance and how beautifully it shows off the Aspen Tree dies. I knew right away I would have to recreate it and demonstrate how easily you can too!
Continue scrolling through today’s post and you will see a full list of Stampin’ Up! products I used, the colour combo on the card and instructions on how you can CASE it too!
August is the final month of Sale-A-Bration and new items were added to the “free” product selections last week. One of these is the Aspen Tree Dies!! That’s right … with an order of $120CDN you can get these gorgeous dies for FREE … they are regularly priced at $49!! It’s such a great deal?. All sale-a-bration exclusive products are while supplies last so don’t wait too long to place your order!
Wishing you a fabulous week … happy stamping!

Let’s Make It!
-
- Run a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine with the Aspen Tree die centered on it
- Lightly dust over the trees with a sponge dauber and Smoky Slate ink
- Using stampin’ dimensionals adhere the die cut piece to a 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″ piece of Design A Daydream designer series paper (Pool Party & White pattern)
- Wrap a piece of linen thread around and tie a bow at the front (about 1/4 of the way up from the bottom)
- Create a card base from Basic White cardstock 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored and folded at 5-1/2″, adhere the tree piece to the card front using multipurpose liquid glue
- Die cut a large and small leaf from the Aspen Tree dies in both Pool Party and Distressed Gold – 4 leaves in total
- Layer the leaves together as shown just above the linen thread using multipurpose glue and stampin’ dimensionals
- On a 1″ x 3″ piece of Crumb Cake stamp the sentiment from the Perched In A Tree stamp set with Versamark ink
- Sprinkle with white embossing powder and heat with the heat tool to emboss
- Adhere over the bottom of the leaves with stampin’ dimensionals
- Add a single champagne rhinestone to the left of the sentiment to complete the card
