Everyday Thanks with a Colour Challenge

Welcome to Make It Monday it’s time for this week’s creative challenge post. I have used this week’s colour challenge of Night of Navy, Daffodil Delight and Bubble Bath along with the Everyday Thanks stamp set to create an adorable thank you card.

I had the idea of creating a card that looked like the pencil had written the sentiment on the card. So I scoured through my stamp sets to find a sentiment that was suitable, handwritten style font with a tail at the end. The You’re So Totally Awesome sentiment from the Waves of Inspiration stamp set worked perfectly! I love how this card turned out!

During today’s video I introduced the week’s creative colour challenge and followed along with the combination to create this Everyday Thanks card. I’d love to have you play along too! Night of Navy card base 4-1/4 x 11 scored at 5-1/2
Night of Navy cardstock: 3-1/2 x 1-3/4
Basic White cardstock: (2) 4 x 5-1/4, 3-1/4 x 1-1/2 and scrap for pencil
Bubble Bath cardstock: 1-5/8 x 1/2
