Stampin’ Up! Legendary Ride

Welcome to day one of an awesome week featuring the Stampin’ Up! Legendary Ride bundle. This awesome bundle is part of the Ready To Ride Suite Collection in the January – April Mini Catalogue. I am very pleased that this great biker themed stamps and dies will be available in the upcoming 2023-2024 Annual catalogue. However, the Ready To Ride Designer Series Paper, Adhesive Backed Studs and the Vellum Layering Designs are all retiring and are currently available at sale prices in the Last Chance section of my online store. Let’s Make the legendary ride card!

• Start with a Basic Gray card base 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 scored in half at 4-1/4
• Cut a 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 piece of the black map design from the Vellum Layering Designs collection – don’t attach to the card front quite yet
• Using your Paper Snip scissors fussy cut out a cluster of flowers from the fabulous rose patterned glossy paper in the Ready to Ride collection – I used one of the clusters that is on the edge of the paper so I would have a nice straight edge
• Adhere the cut out flowers to the vellum in the upper left corner
• Cut a 1-3/4 x 5-1/2 piece of the checkerboard pattern and a 1 x 5-1/2 strip of the orange metal plate pattern from the Ready To Ride Designer Series Paper
• Layer the orange pattern on to the checkerboard pattern and then adhere across the vellum directly below the roses
• Stamp the large motorcycle from the Legendary Ride stamp set with Tuxedo Black Memento ink on to a piece of Basic White cardstock and die cut with the coordinating die from the bundle
• Attach the motorcycle to the card front using Black Stampin’ Dimensionals
• Cut a 5/8 x 3-1/2 strip of Smoky Slate cardstock and flag the left end using the Banners Pick A Punch
• Stamp the sentiment “YOU ARE Legendary” on to the banner using Tuxedo Black Memento ink
• Adhere the banner to the card, flush with the right edge, using Black Stampin’ Dimensionals
• Add three of the round black Adhesive Backed Studs to the card to complete the front
• Remember to spruce up the 4 x 5-1/4 Basic White insert for the inside of the card too! The photo below shows how I stamped the inside of my sample card to make this an awesome birthday card!
