Happy Friday! Each month I make and send my amazing team members a card of encouragement along with a little creative challenge. Today I have used the Island Vibes stamp set to create my team cards for January. Island Vibes is one of the items that you can get for FREE with a $60 CAD order during the Sale-a-Bration promotion.
There are so many great choices in the Sale-a-Bration brochure and if I am being honest the Island Vibes stamp set is one I overlooked at first. When I sat down to create today’s team cards I challenged myself to use this set and I am sure glad that I did. It is a beautiful stamp set. I found that big, beautiful greeting in the Slim Sayings stamp set that can be found on page 52 of the Jan – Jun Mini Catalogue.
Creating this card was a lot of stamping fun and came together really quickly. I stamped the gorgeous tropical leaves in Old Olive on the top and bottom of the Basic White panel, rotating the stamp to get the opposite images. I used me Stampin’ Write Markers, Old Olive and Crushed Curry, to colour and stamp the pineapple image. If you have never used these markers to colour a stamp you MUST give it a try … game changer!
