Welcome stamping frends, I am so happy you’ve stopped by! Today’s project is a beautiful card I demonstrated for my Tutorial Tuesday Facebook live last night using the Bottled Happiness Bundle. I CASE’d (Copy And Share Everything) this card design from the 2022-2023 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalogue. Three are so many great samples in the catalogue that it is a great place to look for ideas and inspiration.

Using the Stamparatus with the Bottled Happiness stamp set is a great way to get the flowers lined up perfectly with the centers and the leaves. This is one of those tools that the more you use it, the more you fall in love with it and appreciate what it can do! It certainly takes the guess work out of lining up the images and helps ensure a perfectly stamped image every time. If you don’t already have this rock star of a tool check it out HERE in my online store!

To get the array of colours in the flowers I used two different and simple techniques.
The floral arrangement is made using the two step stamping technique. First I inked up the flowers with Petal Pink ink and then added some Calypso Coral ink using a sponge dauber before stamping with the stamparatus.
Next its time to stamp the flower centers and the leaves. I used the Stampin’ Write markers in Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green and coloured the stamp. Using the “huffing” technique to moisten the ink up before stamping I got it perfectly positioned using the stamparatus. Combining two stamped images to create one (like the flowers + leaves) is called Two Step Stamping.
I stamped the bottle using Granny Apple Green ink and punched it out using the Vintage Bottle Punch. You can purchase this punch along with the Bottled Happiness stamp set as a bundle and save 10%! It is such a great combo ?. Before attaching the bottle to the card I wrapped a bit of linen thread around the bottle neck and tied it in a cute little bow!

Colour Combination for today’s Bottled Happiness Card
This colour combination is one of the elements that drew my attention to the sample in the catalogue and made me want to CASE it. This is not a combination that I can recall ever using before and I must say that I like it!
