Let’s Tea Together

January 15, 2019

Let’s Tea Together via @denise34

Today I want to share with you one of my favourite items from the 2019 Occasions catalogue. This beautiful, elegant stamp set was a must have for me the minute I saw it. Tea Time reminds me both of spending time now with my friends chatting over a cup of tea (or coffee as the case may be) and also of those early childhood days of hosting tea parties. I simply adore this stamp set …

Tea Together cling stamp set (#148779)

As soon as it was delivered to my doorstep I couldn’t wait to start creating! First I started with a Mother’s Day card, the greetings in this set are perfect for that!

So pretty! The subtle colour combination of Blushing Bride and Mint Macaron pair perfectly with the elegance of the tea pot and the roses. To get the beautiful embossed background I used the Lace Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder that can be found on Page 11 of the Occasions Catalogue (OC). Notice how perfectly the images are cut out? That’s because I used the Tea Time Framelits Dies that I got for FREE for spending $120 during the Sale-a-Bration promotion!

Tea Time Framelits Dies (#149697)

With these you can cut out perfect images in just seconds! They even thought to give us duplicate dies for some of the commonly repeated images like the leaves and the rose buds. 🙂

Next I decided to use one of the sentiments from the Strong & Beautiful stamp set to create a lovely thank you card.

I paired the images on this card with products from the Tea Room suite found on Page 15 of the Annual Catalogue (AC). These products are a match made in heaven. Together they make creating and coordinating super simple.

I also decided that these images would make a fun scrapbook layout.

I love the way that this double layout turned out, I can’t wait to add some photos. The Designer Series Paper (DSP) that I used is the Botanical Butterfly DSP that you can get for FREE with a $60 order during the Sale-a-Bration promotion. The smaller butterflies are punched directly out of this paper using the new Butterfly Duet punch that can be found in the OC on Page 35. The larger butterfly was fussy cut from a separate page in this same paper pack.

So what do you think … have you fallen in love with these products too? If you have then you should also take a look at the Project Bundle on page 17 of the Sale-a-Bration brochure.

Tea Together Cards Bundle (#151046)

This bundle contains all of the products that you will need to make the featured projects in the photo above. When you purchase the bundle you qualify to get the Tea Time Framelits Dies for FREE during the Sale-a-Bration promotion.

I hope that you agree that the Tea Together stamp set is TEA-riffic!! Thanks for stopping by 🙂

Meet Denise

Hi there, I am Denise Cox, I live in British Columbia, Canada. I am married to my husband Brandon, we have two grown sons and two very busy, but adorable, fur-babies. I love papercrafts and was introduced to Stampin' Up! back in 2009. After a year of falling in love with the products I purchased my starter kit. My journey has been an incredibly rewarding experience, it lets me be creative every day and inspire others to do the same.
