Hey there crafty friends! I am so happy that you have stopped by today to take a peek at the project I have to share with you. Last night in my weekly Facebook live Tutorial Tuesday I demonstrated the Paper Piecing technique using the beautiful In The Moment stamp set. This fabulous set can be found here on my online store or on page 57 of the January – June Mini Catalogue.
Paper Piecing is a fun way to add colour and pattern to your stamped images and is a great alternative to colouring. The images in the In The Moment stamp set are great for this technique. It’s like playing Paper Dolls … you can create the outfits any way you like. For my card I have chosen a nice floral pattern for her dress and hat. These patterns are from the Hand Penned Designer Series Paper and I think they work amazingly with this technique!
I also made the daisy embellishment with the same DSP to tie things all together.
