Bird’s Eye View Sketch Challenge

Hello and welcome! Today I have a super adorable card I created for my Make It Monday sketch challenge. I’ve used the Stampin’ Up! Bird’s Eye View stamp set and a show-stopping colour combination to create a card that I think is pretty awesome!!

I have started a new schedule of live videos for you. I will be live three times a week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday) on my Birdsnest Designs Facebook Page and over on my Birdsnest Designs YouTube Channel. Be sure to pop on in at 10:00AM (PDT) to get inspired and craft along with me. If you miss the live video you can always catch the replay when it works with your schedule.

Each Monday will be Make It Monday where I will be using a creative challenge, either a sketch or colour combination, to base my project off of. Afterwards I want you to play along too! I will post the challenge on my Facebook Page for you to use in your own creating. When you complete your project take a photo and share it in the comments of my post. This will create a fun thread for everyone to take a look at! At the end of the month I will be drawing a prize for one lucky person that participates in the challenges!

Here are the cardstock and Designer Series Paper measurements you’ll want to recreate this card.

• Bubble Bath card base: 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 scored in half at 4-1/4
• Misty Moonlight cardstock: 3-1/8 x 4-1/8
• Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper: 3 x 3 and 1 x 3
• Crushed Curry cardstock: 2-1/2 die cut Stylish Shapes circle
• Basic White cardstock: 4 x 5-1/4, 2-3/8 circle punch, scrap for stamping the bird
