Lily Pond Lane DSP: Create on the Fly • Birdsnest Designs

For today’s Make It Monday live video I used the Lily Pond Lane Designer Series Paper for a create on-the-fly demonstration. With no preplanned project for the live video its always a surprise as to what the finished project will look like. With the help of some inspiration from one of the card sketches in the Annual Catalogue today’s card turned out really well. The Lily Pond Lane Designer Series Paper is a must have in my opinion ????

I love how Stampin’ Up! has given us these 22 fabulous card layout ideas. They are the perfect place to start when you’re wanting to get creative. Choose a layout, grab some paper, stamps and ink and you’re set!

With today’s card the Lily Pond Lane DSP provided the patterned paper for the strips and the large fussy cut koi fish. For the sentiment I used the Simply Said stamp set.

Balmy Blue card base: 4-1/4 x 11 scored at 5-1/2
Pretty Peacock cardstock: 4 x 5-1/4
Basic White cardstock: 4 x 5-1/4 and die cut label
Lily Pond Lane Designer Series Paper: (3) 1 x 4-3/4 and fussy cut fish
