20 Sketches in 20 Days: Adorable Christmas Friends

Welcome to Day 5 of my Mini Catalogue 20 Sketches in 20 Days series! Today, I’m excited to share a fun card featuring the adorable Christmas Friends bundle. The cheerful moose, all bundled up for winter, takes center stage and to enhance the wintery feel, I created the background using the Falling Snow stamp set.

Sketches are such a fabulous way to ignite our creativity. They provide a great starting point, allowing for endless possibilities and personal flair. Today’s inspiration comes from the fifth sketch on page 16 of the 2024 Mini Catalogue.

This Christmas Friends card is packed with holiday fun! The moose, all bundled up in his scarf and skates, adds a playful touch. I love the pop of red and white stripes, (reminds me of Christmas Candy Canes) and the “Beary Merry Christmas” sentiment is super sweet. The Falling Snow background ties the wintery theme all together making it a card that is sure to spread some holiday joy!

When it comes to creating Christmas cards, I’m usually drawn to cute images and fun colors. It doesn’t get much cuter than the Christmas Friends bundle, so it was one of the first things I added to my shopping cart! It’s super easy to coordinate this adorable moose with your card by coloring his scarf and skates to match. For my card, I used Real Red and Pretty Peacock to tie in with the cardstock layers, and I love how it all came together!
