It’s time for a Festive Friday Challenge! This week’s Festive Friday Design Team’s challenge #FF0172 is Black Friday! For my challenge card I picked out the Stampin’ Up! Attention Shoppers Bundle …. after all, Black Friday is one of the busiest shopping days of the year!

What is the Festive Friday Challenge? Every second Friday we post a challenge for you with a specific theme and an Inspo (Inspirations) List. The Inspo List is 10 items you can choose from to create your project. Pick three of these items to create your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge Black Friday is this week’s theme but guess what? Your project doesn’t have to be about Black Friday at all! I hope you’ll join in on the fun and make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D item for this week’s challenge!
Check out this link on how you can play along. If you want help entering, please email me at birdsnestdesigns@gmail.com and I’d be happy to help you!

I found this to be an easy inspiration list to choose from… the dilemma for me was which ones to use! I settled on on shopping cart, black and texture. I haven’t used the Stampin’ Up! Attention Shoppers bundle in a while but knew that it was the perfect pick for this challenge.
What will you choose from this week’s Inspo List? Create a project and share it with us!

Let’s make this card using the Attention Shoppers bundle
- Cut a 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 piece of Fresh Freesia cardstock, score at 4-1/4 and fold to make the card base
- Cut a Fresh Freesia panel 3-3/4 x 5 and emboss with the Forever Plaid 3D embossing folder then adhere centered on the card front
- Adhere a 1-1/2 x 3-3/4 piece of Basic Black cardstock across the embossed piece a little below center
- Using the Greetings of the Season dies, cut the large tag out of Basic White cardstock, pull a piece of Black & Very Vanilla Large Check ribbon through the hole at the top and tie in place with a bit of Linen Thread, adhere the tag to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals
- Die cut the two pieces for the shopping cart using the Attention Shoppers die, assemble and adhere the bottom part of the shopping cart (not the cart part) to the tag
- On Basic White cardstock, using Tuxedo Black Memento ink, stamp two shopping bags, bouquet, wine bottle and plant then die cut with coordinating Attention Shoppers dies
- Colour the images with Stampin’ Blends colours of your choice (you can see the colours I used in the supply list at the end of today’s post)
- Adhere the coloured images to the tag with Stampin’ Dimensionals, tucking the wine bottle, plant and bouquet in behind the shopping cart
- Stamp with black ink SHOPPING IS ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA, trim around the words in sections and adhere to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals as shown in the photos
- Using a Basic Black Stampin’ Blend colour three silver Drusy Adhesive-Backed Embellishments and then adhere them to the card front

- Cut a 4 x 5-1/4 Basic White panel for the inside of the card stamp
- Using Summer Splash ink stamp HAPPY BIRTHDAY then stamp TREAT YOURSELF below with black ink
- In the bottom right section stamp three shopping bags with Tuxedo Black Memento ink, colour with Stampin’ Blends and adhere the finished piece to the inside of your card
