Current vs. Retired Stampin’ Up! Card Layout | Woolly Friends and Charming Day

If you enjoy finding new ways to use your Stampin’ Up! supplies, this cardmaking tutorial is a fun one to explore. Today I am using one simple card layout and creating two handmade cards with it. One version features the current Woolly Friends bundle, and the other uses the retired Charming Day bundle. Same layout. Two completely different looks.

A good card design really can go the distance.

One Layout, Two Card Designs

There is something so satisfying about pulling supplies from different seasons of your collection and seeing them work beautifully in the same design. When you craft from your stash, you start to notice how versatile your supplies really are. The layout becomes your anchor, and everything else can change around it. Different stamps, different colours, different mood. It reminds me that creativity is not about what is new. It is about what you choose to do with what you already have. 🩷

The Woolly Friends bundle gives this layout such a sweet and playful personality with those adorable sheep and soft layered circles.

Now let’s turn the page and try something completely different. The retired Charming Day bundle transforms this same layout into a bright floral design that feels bold and cheerful.
