Howdy friends!! I am popping in today to share with you a lovely thank you card created with the Nature’s Harvest bundle. Soft & elegant would describe this card perfectly!
Taking inspiration from the colours found in the Harvest Meadow Designer Series Paper, I combined Early Espresso, Bumblebee, Crumb Cake and Soft Succulent to create this card.
The images in the Nature’s Harvest stamp set are amazing images to heat emboss!! Using Versamark ink I stamped the coneflower stamp and the splotchy image on to Basic White cardstock, then heat embossed them with white embossing powder. To make the images “pop” I used the fabulous Blending Brushes and some ink and blended over the entire piece. A little wipe with a paper towel and the ink comes off and the white embossing shines through. I am so pleased with how this turned out ❤.
I really wanted the beautiful silhouette die cute from the Harvest Dies to be the spotlight of the card. They are gorgeous! To create these embellishments I die cut the cardstock and then embossed the cut outs with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder, creating a nice subtle texture. I intertwined the pieces a little and then attached them over the blended and embossed background.
Each time I create and play with the Nature’s Harvest bundle I like it more and more. My mind is already spinning with ideas on what I can make to share with you all on Friday!!
