Let’s Make It!
- Start with a Mango Melody card base 4-1/4 x 11 scored at 5-1/2
- Run a 4 x 5-1/4 piece of Granny Apple Green cardstock through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine with the Stitched Greenery die
- Adhere a 2″ strip of Granny Apple Green striped Dandy Designs Designer Series Paper (DSP) to the bottom of the Stitched Greenery embossed piece of Granny Apple Green cardstock
- Wrap a piece of Parakeet Party Metallic Ribbon around the cardstock twice, just above the DSP and secure in place on the back of the cardstock and then adhere the whole piece to the front of the card
- Die cut a 2-1/2 x 3-3/4 scallop rectangle using the Scallop Contour dies out of a piece of Basic White cardstocl
- Using Early Espresso ink, stamp the sentiment from the Sweet Citrus stamp set at the bottom of the die cut scallop rectangle
- Adhere the die cut scallop rectangle to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals
- On a piece of Basic White cardstock stamp the following:
- Lemon Peels – Mango Melody
- Lemon Centers – Daffodil Delight
- Leaves (2) – Granny Apple Green
- Three Flowers – Early Espresso
- Die cut the stamped images with the Sweet Citrus dies
- Attach the two largest lemons and the leaves to the scallop rectangle on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals
- Colour the three flowers with Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends and glue to the card front as shown in the photos
- For the inside of the card attach a 3/4 strip of the striped Dandy Designs DSP across the bottom of the 4 x 5-1/4 Basic White cardstock insert and attach the remaining two die cut lemons on the left hand side
- With Early Espresso ink, stamp the “Have a zesty birthday!” sentiment in the middle of the insert and then attach to the inside of the card
