It’s been awhile since I have participated in this hop and am excited to be joining in again. The ‘Tag It!’ theme is such a fun one and I knew exactly what I wanted to create.
I love the Tailor Made Tags dies and this was the perfect time to put them to use.
I created a bit of a multi-media look to this layout by adding lots of layers, embellishments and stamping. So many different Stampin’ Up! products were used to put this design together… you can see the entire list at the bottom of this post.
The minute that I saw the Lighthearted Lines stamp set in the Annual Catalogue I knew that I wanted to create a scrapbook page with “Don’t Grow Up (it’s a trap)” as the title.
I used a rainbow assortment of colours (all from the Regals Collection) to cut and create the cluster of tags both in the top corner and the bottom of the page. You can’t really tell in the photos but I believe I used an entire sheet of Stampin’ Dimensionals to create all of these layers … LOL!
The patterned back ground sheet is from the Pattern Party Host Exclusive DSP Collection. I used the Merry Melody 3D embossing folder from the July – December 2021 Mini Catalogue to emboss the punched hearts and then gave them a distressed look with some black ink and a sponge dauber. To add some texture I used ribbon and twine and a few Matte Black Dots.
I had a lot of fun scrapbooking in my craft room to create this project. Now I just need to find some great photos of my sons when they were toddlers to complete it!
