Easy Christmas Card with Evergreen Elegance

Welcome I am so glad you are here! I am super excited to share this really easy Christmas card that I created using the Evergreen Elegance stamp set.

Christmas is just around the corner and I have a bunch of cards still to make. Today’s card is quick and easy and will be great to recreate multiples to send to friends and family! There’s no die cutting or punching just simple stamping and a couple embellishments.

How to create this simple card in just 8 easy steps:

1. Start with an Old Olive card base that measures 4-1/4″ x 11″ and score it in half at 5-1/2″ then fold in half.
2. Stamp across the card front about 1/2″ up from the bottom with the medium and small tree images and Old Olive ink, overlap some of the images to create a forest look.
3. On a piece of Basic White cardstock cut to 3-1/4″ x 4-1/2″ stamp the greeting in the top right-hand corner with Real Red ink.
4. Stamp two of the largest trees in Old Olive ink at the bottom of the cardstock moving the stamp down for the second one to create different heights.
5. Using the medium tree and Pool Party ink stamp three trees across filling in the white spaces around your larger trees.
6. Cut a 14″ piece of Pool Party 3/8″ Sheer Ribbon. Wrap the ribbon across the front of the stamped trees and secure to the back of the cardstock. Cut off the excess (9-1/2″) and use this to tie a bow on the front.
7. Layer this piece on to a piece of Real Red cardstock cut to 3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″ then attach to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
8. Finish the card by adding three of the clear with gold flecks embellishments from the Wonderful Gems pack.
