Stampin’ Up! Evergreen Elegance

Happy Friday stamping friends! For today’s project I am sharing a lovely Christmas card created with the Stampin’ Up! Evergreen Elegance stamp set and a few other amazing products!

I love this colour combination anytime of the year but especially at Christmas! I can hear my Grandma’s voice “blue and green should never be seen, except for in the washing machine” but I think even she would have to agree that they look great in this combo!

How to make it …

• Today’s card started with a Pool Party card base (5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″).
• Next I added a 1″ strip of Real Red DSP from the Regals 6″x 6″ Designer Series Paper pack.
• On a 3-1/4″ x 5″ piece of Pool Party cardstock I stamped the pine bough images with Old Olive on the top and the bottom.
• Then ran it through the Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the pine folder included with the Wintry 3D embossing folders.
• Attach this to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Stamp the tallest tree from the Stampin’ Up! Evergreen Elegance stamp set with Old Olive on to a 2″ x 4″ piece of Basic White cardstock.
• Stamp a Real Red star at the top of the tree and adhere to the card.
• Heat emboss in white “Merry Christmas” on a 3/4″ x 4″ strip of Real Red cardstock and attach across the Christmas tree with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Add a few of the red Wonderful Gems for a little touch of ‘bling’ and to complete the card.
