Hello and welcome… it’s nice to see you! Today I have an adorable card to share with you that features the Stampin’ Up! Little Monkey bundle and two of my favourite returning colours: Pretty Peacock and Lemon Lime Twist.
I’ve used a strip of the Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper to create this fun card. I love this paper collection because it has bright and fun shaped patterns (stars, circles, triangles … ) but also has plenty of these more subtle prints like the one that I’ve used today.

Let’s Make the Little monkey card!
- Cut 4-1/4 x 11 Pretty Peacock card base and score in half at 5-1/2
- Adhere a 3-1/2 x 4-3/4 panel of Lemon Lime Twist cardstock in the center of the card front
- Cut a 3-1/4 x 1 strip of patterned paper from the Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper pack and adhere it along the bottom of a 3-1/4 x 4-1/2 piece of Basic White cardstock
- Using Early Espresso ink stamp two of the branched from the Little Monkey stamp set coming in from the edges of the Basic White cardstock; one from the top right edge and one from the bottom left just above the Designer Series Paper
- Colour the branches and leaves with Pecan Pie and Lemon Lime Twist Stampin’ Blends
- Wrap a piece of the Lemon Lime Twist ribbon from the Ribbon Duo Combo Pack across the cardstock just above the Designer Series Paper and secure in place on the back
- Adhere the Basic White stamped piece to the Lemon Lime Twist cardstock on the card front
- Tie a small bow using the Lemon Lime Twist Ribbon and adhere to the ribbon on the card front using a Mini Glue Dot
- On a scrap piece of Basic White cardstock stamp the monkey with Early Espresso ink and punch the image out using the Little Monkey Builder Punch
- Colour the monkey using Pecan Pie, Ivory and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends
- Add the coloured monkey “swinging” from the top branch on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals
- On a 3/4 x 2-1/4 strip of Basic White cardstock stamp the “Just swinging by to say hi” sentiment with Early Espresso ink and shape the left end using the Banner Pick A Punch
- Adhere the banner to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals
- To complete the card add a little ‘bling” with three yellow Glossy Dots Assortment
